By using Atom Cap you agree to capture only content you have the right to share, and not to abuse cloud links for malware, spam, or illegal material.

The free desktop app may be used without an account. Cloud features require an account and are subject to plan limits described on the Pricing page.

Paid plans renew until canceled. Canceling keeps local captures on your disk; active Free-tier rules (quotas and expiry) apply to new links going forward.

Software is provided as-is. We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
